How We Partner

We start by working together in a low-risk, collaborative way, giving you access to our systems, support, and growth blueprint. Over time, we align, scale, and when the moment is right, unite our partner agencies to exit as a stronger, more valuable group.

Step 1 – Discovery & Valuation 

We start by taking the time to fully understand your agency – its current performance, team structure, client base, and long-term potential. From there, we work with you to agree on a fair and transparent Day 1 valuation that reflects where the business is today.
 
Rather than rushing into ownership, our approach allows us to build trust first: no shares change hands at the outset. Instead, we put in place a clear option for us to acquire equity in the business within 12 to 18 months, giving both sides the space to align, add value, and assess the partnership in action before committing to a formal transaction.

Step 2 – Partnership Begins 

As part of the group, you contribute a small percentage of your monthly revenue in return for full access to the blueprint. This includes operational systems, marketing and sales infrastructure, proprietary IP, and hands-on support from our team.
 
It’s designed to take the pressure off your shoulders, streamline the way your agency runs, and unlock new opportunities for growth – all while keeping you in control of the business you've built.

Step 3 – Optimisation & Growth 

During the initial phase of the partnership, we work closely with you to embed systems that can be repeated and scaled across your agency. We identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce overheads through access to centralised group resources, and introduce new revenue-generating models tailored to your services.
 
The goal is to accelerate your organic growth while increasing profitability, giving you the structure, support, and strategy to reach your next level faster and with more confidence.

Step 4 – The Decision Point 

At the end of the agreed initial period, you have the freedom to decide what’s right for you and your agency. You can choose to sell the agreed percentage of equity to Vortiva at the original Day 1 valuation, continuing the partnership with deeper integration and long-term alignment.
 
If it’s not the right fit, there’s no pressure. We simply transition to a reduced licence model for a defined period, allowing you to retain access to select resources while stepping away from the full group structure. It’s a flexible, founder-first approach built on mutual respect and optionality.

Step 5 – Consolidation & Exit 

When the timing is right, we bring our partner agencies together and exit as a single, unified group. By combining strengths, shared systems, and recurring revenue across the portfolio, we’re able to achieve a significantly higher valuation multiple than any one agency could reach on its own.
 
It’s about building something greater together, with every partner benefiting from the scale and value of the group.
